Main Course   -   Glazed Chicken Drumsticks   by Sarah Nejdl

Description This glaze is super yummy! If you don't have a broiler pan, use a toaster oven rack over a baking dish.
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. chilisauce
  • 1/4 tbsp. salt
  • 1/8 tbsp. ground ginger
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 lb. chicken drumsticks
Directions Mix the first seven ingredients then pour that and chicken into a gallon size baggie. Seal tightly and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Line the boiler pan with aluminum foil. Place drumsticks on rack in boiler pan. Brush on additional sauce as desired. Bake in oven 375 degrees until well done, 45-55 minutes.
Serves 4
