Soups and Stews   -   Matt's Flu-Killer Cream of Chicken Curry Soup   by Matt Musselman

Description This soup, in addition to tasting pretty good, will launch a fierce attack against any cold or flu you have.
  • 1 can Campbells (or equivalent) condensed Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small can chunk chicken (optional)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, diced
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp yellow curry powder
  • salt, to taste

Directions Mix the can of condensed soup, the milk, and the water in a saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring, until soup is well-blended. Reduce heat to low, and add garlic and spices. Heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
Serves 1 - 2
Time to Make 25 minutes
