Soups and Stews - Matt's Flu-Killer Cream of Chicken Curry Soup

This soup, in addition to tasting pretty good, will launch a fierce attack against any cold or flu you have. |
Ingredients |
- 1 can Campbells (or equivalent) condensed Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small can chunk chicken (optional)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, diced
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp yellow curry powder
- salt, to taste

Directions |
Mix the can of condensed soup, the milk, and the water in a saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring, until soup is well-blended. Reduce heat to low, and add garlic and spices. Heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
