Main Course   -   Chickeny-Mushroomy-Ricey Tasty Dinner   by Lee Gibson

Description It gots rice. It gots mushrooms. It gots chicken. Everything a growing boy (girl?) needs! My family likes to double up on the rice/soup, because there never seems to be enough.
Ingredients
  • 8oz Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can)
  • 8oz Water (1 can)
  • Small can of mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 1 Chicken, cut into eighths.
Directions Mix together all ingredients save chicken in a 7x11 casserole dish (larger if you double the recipe). Press the chicken pieces into the soup/rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serves 4
Time to Make 1.5 Hours (generous estimate!)
