This is modified a bit from my favourite cookbook, "The Super Friends Super Healthy Cookbook". Very tasty, and not terribly bad for you. |
Ingredients |
- 4-5 Apples (Peeled and Sliced)
- 3/4 C Brown Sugar
- 3/4 C Flour
- 3/4 C Rolled Oats (optional, but tasty!)
- 1/2 t Cinnamon
- 1/2 t Nutmeg
- 1/4 t Salt
- 1/3 C Butter (Melted)

Directions |
Put sliced apples in a pie pan. Blend dry ingredients, and add melted butter. Mix well. Cover apples with butter mixture, and bake for 35 minutes at 375, or until apples are soft. |
