This is just a simple dry rub that you can use on a brisket or any meat that you plan to smoke for a long time. |
Ingredients |
- 4 T Sea Salt
- 3 T Williams Chili Seasoning
- 3 T Lawry's Garlic Salt
- 2 T Coarse Ground Pepper
- 2 T Cumin
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 T Sweet Paprika
- 1 T Dried Thyme

Directions |
Whisk ingredients together thoroughly. Shake well before applying liberally. |
