Dessert   -   Sopaipilla Cheesecake   by Eric Simpson

Description	Here's a tasty treat that simple to make
Ingredients	2- 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese 2 pkgs cresent rolls 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 stick margarine cinnamon
Directions	Line 8 x 12 pan with one pkg of cresent rolls. Mix 2 pkgs of cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla, spreading evenly on top of cresent rolls. Cover this with the other pkg of rolls. Melt margarine and 1/2 cup sugar pouring on top evenly and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes and let set at room temp. When cool enough to handle put in fridge so the filling can firm
Serves	Varies makes 24 - 2" squares
