Dessert   -   Mom's Strawberry Pie   by Lee Gibson

Description	My sister, a famously picky eater, makes a strawberry pie for each holiday, since she doesn't like any other kinds of pie. Yes, that means she's a freak of nature, but she has other redeeming qualities.
Ingredients	1 full basket strawberries 1 C sugar 1 lemon's worth of lemon juice 1/4 C cornstarch
Directions	Mash strawberries to a pulp. Add other ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thickened and clear. Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
