Mix cookie crumbs, confectioners sugar, 1 ½ cups of nuts and cocoa. Add corn syrup and rum, mix well. Shape in one-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. If mixture is too dry, add more rum. Store in air- tight containers for a few days. Enjoy.
Note: Using a food processor is the easiest and quickest way to crush the wafers and pecans to a very fine consistency. |
