- 1 1/8 cups butter, mashed
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons green onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds Cream Cheese
||Mash everything together. Your electric mixer does a great job.
Best refrigerated overnight.
