Dunk potatoe slices in milk then cover in bread crumbs. For thicker crust, brush the breaded slices with milk again and rebread. Place breaded slices in oil. Flip slices once the crust is crunchy and slightly brown. Place potatoes on a napkin to absord extra oil and cool.
Oil level should be approximately half the slice thickness. For softer or thick potatoe slices, try microwaving or boiling ahead of time. You can use a variety of spices to fit your personal taste.
