Awwwesome twist on plain oatmeal. Your kids will love this, it's fat free, chock full of fiber and easy. You can add spices such as cinnamon or nutmeg, but these are great stand alone. Use apple sauce or cinnamon sticks to garnish.
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats (not quick)
Bring apple juice to low boil then add oats. Stir then simmer 3-5 minutes uncovered. Cool, garnish & serve.
