Main Course   -   Wild King Salmon with Soy-Worcestershire Marinade   by Iron Chef Six Speed

Description I got this recipe at Captain Dave's Seafood in Plano. If you want fresh seafood this is the way to go! This marinade really brings out the natural flavor of the fish without tasting "fishy".
Ingredients
  • 2 wild king salmon fillets (approx 6.5 pounds total)

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 heaping tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 dashes of salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil.

  • Pinches of "David Wade's Worcestershire Powder"
Directions Mix all marinade ingredients except for the worcesterpowder.
To avoid mess / ease of cleanup, wrap each fillet generously in aluminum foil.
Split marinade equally onto each fillet. Close up foil.
Marinate for at least an hour, preferrably four. Flip fillets over once an hour or so to more evenly marinate.
Grill on medium high heat for about 15 minutes or until done.
When fish is nearly done, bust open the foil and sprinkle worcesterpowder across the top of each fillet.
Serves 12-70 depending on portion sizes
Time to Make short, except for time to marinate
