Side Dishes   -   Carrots de Bomb   by Rusty

Description These sweet carrots are the bomb! Kids of any age will love this dish.
Ingredients
  • 7-9 Carrots
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • 1½ tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
Directions Cut the carrots in half and into quarters. Saute with water over medium heat with a lid until most of the water is cooked out. Add ½ the butter, turn carrots and continue to saute. When carrots seem a bit softened, add brown sugar and remaining butter. Stir until carrots are lightly browned and very soft.
Serves 3-4
