Dessert   -   Baked Apple Crisp   by Lee Gibson

Description This is modified a bit from my favourite cookbook, "The Super Friends Super Healthy Cookbook". Very tasty, and not terribly bad for you.
Ingredients
  • 4-5 Apples (Peeled and Sliced)
  • 3/4 C Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 C Flour
  • 3/4 C Rolled Oats (optional, but tasty!)
  • 1/2 t Cinnamon
  • 1/2 t Nutmeg
  • 1/4 t Salt
  • 1/3 C Butter (Melted)
Directions Put sliced apples in a pie pan. Blend dry ingredients, and add melted butter. Mix well. Cover apples with butter mixture, and bake for 35 minutes at 375, or until apples are soft.
Serves 8
Time to Make 20 minutes to prepare, 40 to bake
