Side Dishes - Herbed Green Beens

||This is a simple recipe for green beens that goes well with a variety of dished. I made this up to go with some Shrimp Alfredo that was made with a large amount of garlic.|
- 1 lbs. green beens
- 1 shallot (1/4 yellow onion if you don't have it)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tablespoon butter
Cut and boil your green beens until tender.
Drain water. Add butter, shallots, basil, rosemary, and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes, or until shallots are tender. Your green beans may brown a bit, which is just fine. Server warm.
