Dessert   -   Cinnamon Vanilla Ice Cream   by Rusty Nejdl

Description	This recipe was designed to go with homemade apple pie, so keep that in mind when preparing this.
Ingredients	2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup whole milk 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions	Place ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and combine until well blended. Pour into ice cream maker and mix for 20 to 25 minutes. I advise freezing this for about an hour after this is done to firm up the ice cream a bit.
Serves	4 to 6 people
Time to Make	30 minutes minimum. Hour and a half recommended.
