Description	An easy marinade that works for a variety of fishes. Tastes great and really kills any fishy taste.
Ingredients	3 cloves garlic, crushed Juice of 1 whole lemon (1/3 cup) 1 tsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. poupon mustard 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. tarragon 1/4 tsp. basil
Directions	Combine all ingredients and pour into Ziploc bag. Marinade fish in bag for 1 hour or overnight. Broil or grill.
